Strange to imagine the
innocent,
So unknowing, so
intent.
Eager to live life,
Preferring to live by
experience,
Rather than by
expectations!
Unaware of what is to
befall you.
You are content in your
youth.
I want to warn you,
Of what is to come,
Because you will be
knocked down.
I won’t lie to you,
There will be dark
times.
There will be most
difficult lessons.
But along with those,
You will find happiness and glee.
You will experience
life,
And you will experience
death.
When you’re going
through rough times,
You need to remember
Just keep going ,
For this is life!
